Terms & Conditions – Pure Nile Tours

1. Contract Formation
A binding contract is established between the client and Pure Nile Tours upon receipt of the agreed deposit and issuance of a written confirmation or invoice. Written confirmation via email or official document shall constitute a valid binding agreement.
2. Payment Policy
A deposit is required to secure all reservations. The remaining balance must be paid before arrival or upon arrival as agreed.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card (subject to additional processing fees), or cash. The client is responsible for any bank transfer fees incurred during the transaction.
3. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges apply from the date written notice is received by Pure Nile Tours:

4. Amendments by Client
Requests for changes to a confirmed booking must be submitted in writing. While Pure Nile Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes, all amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
5. Amendments by Company
Pure Nile Tours reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary when necessary. Minor changes include adjustments to timing, the sequence of visits, or the substitution of similar-standard accommodations. In the event of significant changes, clients will be informed promptly and offered suitable alternatives where possible.
6. Pricing & Currency
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, government actions, taxes, or supplier cost increases beyond our control.
7. Peak Season Surcharges
Quoted rates do not apply during peak periods including, but not limited to, New Year, Christmas, and official public holidays in Egypt. Additional supplements may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
8. Force Majeure
Pure Nile Tours shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, or flight disruptions.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Pure Nile Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and independent service providers including hotels, airlines, cruise operators, and transport companies. We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party providers.
Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the total amount paid for the affected service.
10. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients. Coverage should include trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, loss of luggage, and repatriation.
Note: Pure Nile Tours does not provide travel insurance. Clients are encouraged to arrange suitable cover independently before departure.
11. Health & Entry Requirements
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, vaccination, and health requirements for travel to Egypt. Pure Nile Tours accepts no responsibility for clients unable to travel due to non-compliance with entry requirements.
12. Complaints & Claims
Any complaints must be reported immediately during the tour to the relevant tour representative to allow for prompt resolution. Formal claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the completion of services.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation before initiating legal proceedings. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
